High Court judgements is a fallacy; as if the PIL is weak in law, or not argued
well by petitioners' counsels it will be brushed aside by the Judges of High
Courts.
Please
also cite judgements of Rajasthan High Court pending in Supreme Court , West
Bengal High Court and a Madhya Pradesh High Court directive to remove Cell
Towers. Besides a Mumbai High Court Stay Order on Installation of 4G Towers in
Open Spaces. Let us please give both sides of the story.
