MYTH :

FACT :
Neither
Mr.Prasad nor BJP / NDA have put 10 fold stringent norms. It was the Congress /
UPA Government under Mr Kapil Sibal / Mr Milind Deora that reduced the Norms
from earlier followed ICNIRP Norms to
10% of these as suggested by the Cellular Operators to the Inter Ministerial
Committee.
Revision
of Norms were done on 01.09.2012 long before BJP / NDA came to Power.
This
revision was done without any scientific study but based on ad hoc basis
according to Mr Chandrashekhar ex Secretary of DoT .
